Blurg is a friendly hobgoblin trader first found in Ebonlake Grotto and then later in the Lower City at the Society of Brilliance Lodge. Alongside Omeluum Omeluum, he is a member of the Society of Brilliance studying the flora and fauna of the Underdark.

Blurg can be found in the Society of Brilliance Lodge in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate. If the player hasn't met Omeluum Omeluum during Act 1, Blurg will mention that his associate chose to remain in the Underdark. Otherwise, Blurg and him will have traveled together to tell the Society of Brilliance about their findings.
