Chamberlain Mercer is a gnome employee to Lady Jannath, who can potentially be found in Lady Jannath's Estate in the Lower City.

Involvement
Mercer can only be found berating Servant Bailey on the second floor of the manor if Oskar Fevras was never rescued from Brem in Act One.
If not intervening, Bailey is fired and leaves on his own. The party can prevent this by talking with Mercer and passing one of the following ability checks:
- [PERSUASION] That's rude. Do you want me to report to your employer that a guest was shocked by your rudeness? (DC 18)
- [INTIMIDATION] I don't like bullies. Apologise to this man or you'll regret it. (DC 18)
Afterwards, Mercer patrols the upper floors of the manor and ejects the party members if they are caught upstairs.
