Jusiciar Crusader Owltalon is a High elf NPC found in the Cloister of Sombre Embrace. She is a Dark Justiciar for Shar and, as such, possesses fearsome combat prowess.

• Transforms the justiciar into her  Umbral Form, empowering her attacks and making her immune to non-magical damage. Similar to a Barbarian's Rage, she won't be able to cast spells in this form.
• Once activated, Umbral Form will last until death.
