Zerillo is a Human child at the square in front of Sorcerous Sundries in the Lower City in Act Three.

Act Three
Zerillo can be found among the group of observers who watch the magic show held by three wizards near the fountain across the entrance to the magic shop.
Zerillo is watching the show with his mother Ma Festina, other citizens, refugees and bypassers. If talked to, he will tell about his dreams of becoming a wizard himself.
Zerillo's reactions to the party members will vary depending on the resolution of 
Stop the Presses quest.
