Act Three[edit | edit source]

Delcan can be found packing and moving stacks of papers at the entrance of Baldur's Mouth in the Lower City. If interacting, he is irritated with the party and loudly proclaims, "I DON'T SELL THE BROADSHEETS. Goodbye."

Papers can be purchased from news hawkers scattered throughout the city.
