Background
Gheris Hhune is a werewolf NPC who appears in Baldur's Gate 3. He can be found in the ballroom of Cazador Szarr's palace.
Gameplay
Gheris starts a conversation with the player when they enter the ballroom. If Astarion is in the party, Gheris will offer to bring Astarion 'to master', and Astarion will refuse, resulting in a combat encounter. It is not known if conversation options with or without Astarion in the party will prevent him from becoming hostile.
