Lorroakan is eager to hire some adventurers to do it for him.
- It is possible when the Upper City was scrapped early in development, Larian had to move Lorroakan and his storyline to Sorcerous Sundries, making him a wealthy proprietor of both buildings. It is also possible that Sorcerous Vault was initally designed to be Ramazith's Vault as it has tower-like features.
