Vicar Humbletoes is the guardian of the Stormshore Tabernacle and a merchant whom players can trade with.

Interactions

Upon approaching Vicar Humbletoes, he will explain his role as the guardian of the Stormshore Tabernacle and how one can pray at the various statues of the Gods within the building.

He will refuse to trade anyone who steals from the basement, but he will still trade with other party members.
