Act Three
Dellys can be found in the alley not far from the Crimson Draughts shop. He is arguing with his friend Pharnilla about having proper time for breaks in the work.
Both kids are working as newspaper sellers for Baldur's Mouth Gazette. However, the party cannot buy a sheet from any of them. Dellys insists on having a due break himself and actually makes Pharnilla stop, too, mentioning Ettvard Needle, the editor-in-chief of the gazette. He is a bit controversial in his arguments, both shying away from work and worrying that he might not make the seller quota to receive payment.
