Impurto Nexim is a halfling noble that can potentially be found in the kitchen of Lady Jannath's Estate in the Lower City.

Impurto Nexim can only be found if Oskar Fevras was never rescued from Brem in Act One. He is gossiping with fellow noble Saer Dokksill on the first floor.
If Oskar Fevras was rescued, the manor is haunted and the art exhibition does not happen.

Impurto Nexim occasionally chats with Saer Dokksill:
