Postmaster Badger is a badger who coordinates information deliveries for the Harpers.

They can be found in Jaheira's Basement, along with three Messenger Rats.

- Postmaster Badger will have a unique line of dialogue when speaking to them as Jaheira.
- The Messenger Rats will each give a piece of information related to quests happening around the Lower City.
