Lord Delwaer Jeth is an elven noble that can potentially be found in Lady Jannath's Estate in the Lower City.
Involvement
Delwaer can only be found in the dining room if Oskar Fevras was never rescued from Brem in Act One. He can be seen arguing with Sir Gorran Penghyst about a painting he sold, that Gorran claims is a counterfeit. Delwaer belives Gorran should have known it was a fake, while Gorran believes he should not have sold a fake in the first place.
If the party doesn't do anything, the pair will agree to duel and head out to a balcony. Combat will start between the two and will only end once one of them is dead.
If Oskar Fevras was rescued, the manor will be haunted and the art exhibition will not happen.
