Involvement
Act One
Danis is usually with Bex at X: 165 Y: 550. If the party interacts with him, he shares some of his hopes and dreams for Baldur's Gate. Before arriving at the Grove, he was employed by his father-in-law as a caravan but quit on his third day.
If the party decides to 
, Danis can be found hiding in the Secluded Chamber with other tieflings. If he survives , he and Bex join the celebration at the party's Campsite.
If the party travels to the Mountain Pass or Shadow-Cursed Lands before resolving Kagha's ritual the Rite of Thorns, the tieflings are expelled from the Grove and Danis' corpse can be found among the pile of refugees near the bridge to the Blighted Village.
Act Two
If Danis survives Act One, Bex reveals to the party at the Last Light Inn that Danis was captured. He can be rescued as part of .
