'Loose Lips' Cyrilla is an elven servant to Lady Jannath that can potentially be found in Lady Jannath's Estate in the Lower City.
Involvement
Cyrilla can only be found in the kitchen storage of Lady Jannath's Estate if Oskar Fevras was never rescued from Brem in Act One. She can be seen gossiping with Hargin Jooli.
If Oskar Fevras was rescued, the manor will be haunted and Cyrilla will be sent away on a temporary leave of absence at the request of Chamberlain Mercer.
Idle banter
Hargin will occasionally chat with Cyrilla:
