Talli can be found inside of her home in the Lower City alongside her family. According to 
Armbrust's Ledger, the family has been falling behind on their debts because many of Tym's clients fell behind on their debts to him.
If the newborn Mind Flayer in the windmill in Rivington was fed a corpse, Talli will be found dead inside the home and the Mind Flayer will be wandering around.
