The Lodge - Basement Docks is a Location in the Lower City in Act Three under the Society of Brilliance Lodge. It can only be accessed if the party chose to give Lady Esther the 
Githyanki Egg as part of the Steal a Githyanki Egg quest.
Overview
If 
is completed by bringing Lady Esther a Githyanki Egg in Act One, then there will be no one alive at the lodge. Instead, a trail of blood leads to a portal that takes the party to the basement. Several notes from Havkelaag discuss how they magically aged the Githyanki youth Ptaris and raised them under a different moral code.
