Death's Head of Bhaal Spaulder is a member of the Cult of Bhaal, found in Bloomridge Park in the Lower City during Act Three.
Encounters
Spaulder will be hiding just behind the statue of Balduran in the park. If they are not discovered with a Perception check, they will have a surprise round. Otherwise, a fight will be initiated after speaking with Cirian and the sinister hooded man.
