The House of Grief is a Location within the Lower City in Baldur's Gate 3.

Mirie Mirie staffs the desk at the front inside and will take the party through the locked double doors to Mapping Room, either if you have Shadowheart Shadowheart in your party or otherwise agree to partake in a Mapping of the Heart. These double doors can additionally be bypassed with the Grief Key she carries on her person.
