Basilisk Gate Barracks is a [[List of Locations|Location]] within Baldur's Gate in [[Chapter Three]]. The barracks is situated just north of the entrance to the zone from Rivington.

== Overview ==
This location comprises of military housing for the [[Flaming Fist]]s and Heapside prison. The barracks are situated just north of the 'Basilisk Gate' [[waypoint]] and the entrance to the Lower City from [[Wyrm's Rock Fortress]].

The prison cell contains a breakable wall, a breakable barricade behind some crates, and a hole that can aid in an escape attempt. To the east of the prison cell is a manhole and pit latrine that will transport the party member to the [[Lower City Sewers]].

Stormshore Tabernacle Basilisk Gate Barracks Wyrm's Rock Fortress
Basilisk Gate Barracks is a Location within the Lower City in Baldur's Gate 3.

Overview[edit | edit source]

This location comprises of military housing for the Flaming Fists and Heapside prison. The barracks are situated just north of the 'Basilisk Gate' waypoint and the entrance to the Lower City from Wyrm's Rock Fortress.

Baracks[edit | edit source]

Lora Bergauz Lora can be found speaking to a Flaming Fist inside the barracks. Agreeing to help find her daughter will start the quest Save Vanra Save Vanra.

Heapside Prison[edit | edit source]

If a party member gets caught committing a crime by the Flaming Fist and agree to be arrested, the character will be transported to a cell within Heapside Prison. The prison cell contains a breakable wall, a breakable barricade behind some crates, and a hole that can aid in an escape attempt. To the east of the prison cell is a manhole and pit latrine that will transport the party member to the Lower City Sewers.

Skittle Skittle the rat trader is inside a cell in the prison. They sell Counting House Safe n°2 Key.
