Ellswort can be found rotting in an open grave in the [[Graveyard (Lower City)|Graveyard]] of [[Lower City]]. Upon touching the corpse, it explodes due to the {{Cond|Grotesque Distention}} condition. The party can safely pick up the corpse by right-clicking and selecting the pick up option, provided that the interacting party member has sufficient strength. The corpse can also be "activated" to produce a poison cloud by looting it while held in the player character's inventory. Doing so will create the poison effect but will not destroy the corpse nor allow the player character to actually loot the body.

Ellswort is a deceased halfling in Baldur's Gate during Act Three.

Ellswort can be found rotting in an open grave in the Graveyard of Lower City. Upon touching the corpse, it explodes due to the Grotesque Distention Grotesque Distention condition. The party can safely pick up the corpse by right-clicking and selecting the pick up option, provided that the interacting party member has sufficient strength. The corpse can also be "activated" to produce a poison cloud by looting it while held in the player character's inventory. Doing so will create the poison effect but will not destroy the corpse nor allow the player character to actually loot the body.
