Old Troutman is a Shield Dwarf trader at the docks east of Philgrave's Mansion in the Lower City.

Involvement

Old Troutman sells fish.

If the party drops any of the Netherstones anywhere in the Iron Throne and leaves that area without recovering them, and the Sahuagin encounter near Old Troutman has already been resolved, he will have the missing Netherstones in his inventory. He is unaware of their true nature, referring to them as "shiny bits" he found while fishing, and will sell them to the party for 3 gold each.
