  • Before entering the Sunlit Wetlands, during Demir and Johl arguing with Auntie Ethel, choose "calm down" option then follow by either defending or questioning Auntie Ethel
  • Talking to Demir and Johl after first encounter and offering to help them
  • When entering the Sunlit Wetlands, pass the check to break the illusion, then BAA at the redcaps when you speak to them (max. 3 times).
  • Tell Gandrel that Astarion is under your protection Karlach approves +1
    • Then tell Gandrel that you won't help him find your camp Karlach approves +1
  • When talking to Auntie Ethel and Mayrina, tell Mayrina that Ethel killed Demir and Johl
  • When talking to Auntie Ethel and Mayrina, say "something isn't right" and insist on "what's really going on here" and "this woman is clearly in trouble" Karlach approves +1
  • Intimidate Ethel into handing over Mayrina and +1 ability score Karlach approves +5

  • Stand up for the deep gnome slaves when they're threatened by Nere once he's freed

  • Free Dolly from the Moonlantern carried by Kar'niss.

  • Make Malus Thorm have the Sisters test their skills against each other or offer himself up to them for 'practice'.

The Waning Moon

  • Participate in each individual drinking round (of three) against Thisobald Thorm.

Moonrise Towers

  • Offer Fezzerk a fair fight.
  • Invite Jaheira to fight with you in front of Moonrise Towers.
  • After the first floor is secured, tell Jaheira you sense a bit of envy and ask her to join the fight against Ketheric Thorm.
  • Tell Ketheric you can help him if he lets you.
  • Tell the Nightsong to wait because Ketheric has surrendered.
  • Invite Halsin to your party after the fight with Myrkul.
  • Invite Jaheira to join your party or your camp after the fight with Myrkul.

Nightsong's Prison

  • Tell Balthazar to leave or he's a dead man.
  • Tell Shadowheart that she should spare the Nightsong because the Nightsong may know something about her.

Mind Flayer Colony

  • When asked, reach out and erase the mind of the Slack-Skinned Head channelling the Waking Mind in the Necrotic Laboratory.
  • At Tadpoling Centre, use the Neutral Apparatus to release the inhabitants of the pods.

  • If you're traveling with the convoy when it's ambushed, side with the Harpers, and loot the Moonlantern, tell the Harper leader "How about I just kill you and keep the lantern for myself?"

Gauntlet of Shar

  • Tell Shadowheart you will support her becoming a Dark Justiciar when in the Gauntlet of Shar.
  • Agree to help Balthazar in the Gauntlet of Shar.
  • Offer to search the Gauntlet of Shar to help Yurgir.

Last Light Inn

  • Question her encouragement of Mattis' scamming.

Moonrise Towers

  • Reject the 3 soul coins offered by Lann Tarv to Karlach in exchange for hearing about the souls (must have Karlach in the party to get this dialogue).
