Greetings
Depending on their approval rating, Wyll may greet the player with:
Negative (<0):
- "You've got something to say?"
- "Go ahead."
Neutral (0 - 29):
- "Well met."
Medium and up (30+) - After Gortash coronation in Act Three
- "Let's talk."
- "Always good to talk, my friend."
When spoken to by someone other than the player character:
- "I'm all chatted out, I'm afraid - though I may have a word with the chief."
Romance
Partnered
- "I'm here for you, always."
Approval
As a Companion character, the interactions listed below will cause Wyll to gain approval.
Act One
Act 1 Spoilers! This section reveals details about the story of Baldur's Gate 3.
- Speak with Dead Ask the Abducted Nobleman on the Crashed Nautiloid ship if he; wants you to write his story +1, (Cleric or Paladin) would like rites preformed on his body +1, (Ranger or Druid) wants to be buried +1
- Demand more than apologies from Astarion when meeting him +1
- Use Animal Handling to calm the Scared Boar found near Astarion or tell it (Speak with Animals) that you will not hurt it +1
- Recruit Gale +1
Roadside Cliffs
- Deceive, persuade or intimidate the tieflings who captured Lae'zel to leave (Bard, Monk, Paladin, Drow, Githyanki have extra options) +1
- Get Zevlor and Aradin to stop arguing without punching either of them +1
- Take a swing at Aradin during his argument with Zevlor +1
- Use Athletics/Insight or Detect Thoughts to help Guex train +1
- Tell Guex to not shout out his moves after helping him train +1
- Order Lae'zel to stand down when talking to Zorru +1
- Offer to heal Pandirna. Must be a Paladin,Druid. Cleric or Bard +1
- As a cleric of Tempus and after talking to Aradin, tell Remira Liam earned a warriors rest +1

- Agree to help Zevlor (in his cave) to try to convince to Kagha to stop the ritual. (only if you previously decline to help / skip talking to Zevlor / knockout by Aradin) +5
- While talking/buying from Mattis, catch Silfy trying to pickpocket you, and see her tears as genuine
- Tell Arabella's mother Komira that the druids are overreacting and you'll speak with them +1
- Persuade Kagha to free Arabella +5
- When speaking to Kagha after Arabella is freed or died
- With Speak with Animals, tell Silver the wolf you just wanted to give them your sent OR as a Ranger or Druid, sit with Silver (without speak with animals) +1
- Persuade Kagha to fight against the Shadow Druids +1
- When confronting Kagha about the shadow druids, choose to attack her instead of persuading her +1

- Gain entrance to the village by intimidating the guard at the South gate +1

- Save Barcus Wroot by the windmill in Blighted Village and tell him that he owe you nothing +1
- Drop and prepare to destroy the Necromancy of Thay +1
- Tell the brothers that you know Auntie Ethel
- Tell Mayrina that Auntie Ethel killed her brothers +1
- Reject Mayrina's reward for saving her +1
- Resurrect Connor Vinderblad with the wand Bitter Divorce and then attack him or let Mayrina have the wand +1
- Successfully deceive the goblins, and fling poo at them
- Demand that Crusher kiss your foot +1
- Make Crusher kiss your foot after defeating him in a fight +1
- Continue to attack Crusher after he is defeated, if he attacks you This will make the whole camp hostile +1
- Successfully pass a check to take the Owlbear Cub from Goblin Krolla
- Pick a fight with Priestess Gut in the throne room +1
- Pick a fight with Priestess Gut in her chambers +5
- Tell Minthara that Sazza was too stupid to understand you +1
- Successfully deceive Minthara by misleading her when ordered for directions to the Emerald Grove
- Convince the spiders in the pit that goblins taste better than you
- Stop the goblin children from throwing stones at the bear
- Recruiting Halsin into the party after rescuing him
- Telling Halsin to stay at where he's at after recruiting him into the party
- Agree to rescue Duke Ravengard when prompted by Counsellor Florrick +10
- Saving Benryn in the burning building
- Successfully intimidate the guard guarding the hatch to the Zhentarim Basement
- Intimidate, persuade or pay Brem to give you the artist in the Zhentarim Basement +1
- Agree to pay the extra 200 gold to the artist after you free him
- Ask the Inquisitor how he knows so much about the player character
- When first speaking to the guard at the Myconid Colony, successfully persuade them that you are a traveller seeking adventure
- Tell Spaw "Sure, I can handle those Duergar nearby"
- When talking to Thulla, choose "Give her an antitoxin"
- Offer to look for Derryth's husband, for a price or for free +1
- When you Defeat the Duergar Intruders and speak to Sovereign Glut, side with Sovereign Spaw

- When BOOOAL offers to share his power, say you won't let him enslave the Kuo-toa any longer +1
- When first speaking to Ward Magmar in front of the elevator choose either:
- Agree to do what you can to find Philomeen and her explosives
- Bow your head in respect to the fallen deep gnomes
- Tell True Soul Nere that no more innocents will die today
- Attack True Soul Nere by siding with mercenaries against absolutists
- Convince Elder Brithvar or Kirgrath to free the deep gnomes after the fight with True Soul Nere
- Wish Barcus Wroot luck with his search for his friend
- After killing Nere and you ask Kirgrath about the slaves, Reply with either "[INTIMIDATION] Set them free, or I will thrash you like I thrashed Nere. " or " [PERSUASION] Let the gnomes go. They'll just slow you down." +1

- Accept Astarion's apology when you meet him and say you would have done the same OR likewise wanted to see Astarion's innards on the ground -1
- As the Dark Urge, tear off Gale's hand -1
- Take a swing at Zevlor during his argument with Aradin -1
- Refuse to help Zevlor persuade Kagha to let the Tieflings stay -1
- Tell Arron "Seems like most are tieflings. They'll be fine. They have devilish powers" -1
- Tell the Tielfling kids trained by Asharak that they are going to die -1
- Scold Elegis for being scared of a few goblins OR tell her to get to digging their own graves -1
- Kick Timber the squirrel -1.
