Thulla can be found next to Spaw in Ebonlake Grotto at X: 87 Y: -95. She is slowly dying from the effects of duergar poison, which she was afflicted with from a wound while escaping the duergar slavers from the Decrepit Village.[Needs Verification] Speaking with her starts .
Thulla possesses the Boots of Speed, she stole from Thrinn before escaping Grymforge, presumably by leaping from a balcony near the dormitory at X: -610 Y: 465. The boots are needed to advance . Thulla offers the boots to the party if they successfully cure her of the poison and agree to help her fellow gnomes.
