Thulla is an Ironhand gnome in Ebonlake Grotto in Act One.

Thulla can be found next to Spaw Spaw in Ebonlake Grotto at X: 87 Y: -95. She is slowly dying from the effects of duergar poison, which she was afflicted with from a wound while escaping the duergar slavers from the Decrepit Village.[Needs Verification] Speaking with her starts Cure the Poisoned Gnome Cure the Poisoned Gnome.

Thulla possesses the Boots of Speed, she stole from Thrinn Thrinn before escaping Grymforge, presumably by leaping from a balcony near the dormitory at X: -610 Y: 465. The boots are needed to advance Find the Missing Boots Find the Missing Boots. Thulla offers the boots to the party if they successfully cure her of the poison and agree to help her fellow gnomes.
