Half-orcs are a playable race in Baldur's Gate 3. They are born of both human and orc ancestry, and exhibit a blend of orcish and human characteristics, their appearances varying widely.

If you reach 0 hit points, you regain 1hit points instead of becoming Downed Downed.
Savage Attacks Savage Attacks
When you land a Critical Hit with a melee weapon attack, you deal an extra dice of weapon damage.
