Cerys

Cerys is an asmodeus tiefling travelling with a group of tiefling refugees. She can be found during events in Act 1 if certain characters are dead, or more usually at Last Light Inn during Act 2.

Involvement

Act One

Cerys typically doesn't appear until Act Two. However she serves as a failsafe in Act One in the case both Zevlor and Asharak have died, but the game requires a Tiefling Leader to trigger certain events like Raid the Grove, or starting the party at Camp after Defeat the Goblins.

Act Two

Cerys will be at Last Light Inn with the remaining Tiefling Refugees (given that they survived). She will ask the party to help look for several Tieflings who were captured and taken to Moonrise Towers.

Act Three

Cerys will be at the Refugee Camp in Rivington with the remaining Tiefling Refugees (given that they survived). She can be told about Zevlor's fate if he was encountered in the Mind Flayer Colony.

Bug

Should you trigger the Grove Defend and knock Minthara out, upon recruiting her later in Act 2 a bug occurs where Cerys is pulled into every combat encounter Minthara is present for regardless of where the player party is on the map. This persists into Act 3 with the only fix as of Patch 7 being to either kill her or never take Minthara in your party. This bug does not occur if Minthara is knocked out at the Goblin camp instead.
