About Githzerai
Githzerai are an ascetic splinter group of gith that now live in the Limbo Plane, after millennia of enslavement by mind flayers.
Spoiler warning! This section reveals details about the story of Baldur's Gate 3.
The Waking Mind of a githzerai can be found at the Mind Flayer Colony, and can be conversed with in that location. It will make a request to the character conversing with it, and will reward a special condition if this request is agreed to. Their brain can also be consumed.
