Point Buy is the method used by Baldur's Gate 3 to determine a character's Ability Scores during Character Creation.

  • Each Ability Score above 8 costs 1 point to buy, except for 14 and 15, which cost 2 points each.
  • Points cannot buy Ability Scores higher than 15.
