Duckie Verish is a necromancer [1] of the Cult of Myrkul found in Act Two. She can be found in the Moonrise Towers Prison after the party has launched their assault on the cult.

Interactions

Duckie will always be hostile when encountered. Along with her allied necromancers Willinx Jindlebee Willinx Jindlebee and Sarabayle Sarabayle, she flanks the army of undead that greet anyone that trespass into the prison.

Winning the battle awards Soldier backgrounds with the inspiration "A Bone To Pick."

It seems that Duckie knows the truth behind the tadpoles. Unlike the Zealots, Adepts, and other members of the Cult of the Absolute, the Mistress of Souls seems to be fully aware of what the Absolute is and the religious hoax they're doing.[2]

Notes

  1. Despite being named as necromancers at several points, instead the Mistresses of Souls seem to be Evocation Wizards.
  2. When talking to Radija, she looks down upon the party for being a True Soul, and if trying to link with her own parasite, it is revealed that she doesn't have one and she mocks the party for that. And Kressa Bonedaughter also mocks the party for that.
