Olys is an asmodeus tiefling ranger and Harper. Depending on whether or not Naysa is alive, he can take her place and help the party during the Assault on Moonrise Towers and be a potential ally during Confront the Elder Brain.

Involvement

Assault Moonrise Towers

If Flaming Fist Marcus has been prevented from capturing Isobel and destroying Last Light Inn, and if the Nightsong has been freed from her cage to wage war against Ketheric Thorm at Moonrise, Olys will take the place of Harper Naysa as a failsafe in the event that the latter has been killed before the Assault on Moonrise Towers. Talking to Olys has him reveal that he wished he'd used the latrine before going to battle[1].

After the main battle, if he manages to survive the fight, he will guard the first floor of Moonrise Towers with the remaining Harpers.

Act Three

Provided Olys survives Moonrise Towers, he is summonable as an ally through the Gather Your Allies Gather Your Allies variant Silver Harp Squadron Silver Harp Squadron, if The High Harper is completed with Minsc alive, and either Antony, Naysa, or Lymn are dead.
