The Selûnite Outpost is a Location within the Underdark in Act One of Baldur's Gate 3. It is located in the south eastern part of the Underdark and can also be reached from the Defiled Temple.

Selûnite Outpost is protected by a powerful trap. Any creature approaching (or leaving through) the main gate will be shot at by the two statues on either side of the gate. This trap can be disabled by destroying or removing the glowing {{SmRarityItem|Moonstone}} suspended in the staff of the large statue in the centre of the outpost. If destroying the Moonstone, all of the torches and braziers in the outpost will ignite and {{CharLink|Shadowheart}} will get [[Inspiration]] if she is in the party. | |||

The outpost is long since abandoned, with crumbling stone walls and tattered blue banners to the goddess Selûne.
Main gate[edit | edit source]
Selûnite Outpost is protected by a powerful trap. Any creature approaching (or leaving through) the main gate will be shot at by the two statues on either side of the gate. This trap can be disabled by destroying or removing the glowing 
Moonstone suspended in the staff of the large statue in the centre of the outpost. If destroying the Moonstone, all of the torches and braziers in the outpost will ignite and Shadowheart will get Inspiration if she is in the party.
