Grundril and Morgya are helping Herdmaster Skarjall clear the rubble wreckage at the far end of the Grymforge stronghold at X: -658 Y: 443 in the Underdark. If speaking with the Rothé via 
and convincing the animals to attack the duergar, he turns hostile and attacks. If instead hitting the Rothé, Grundril joins the fight as a neutral participant against the animals.
