Soul Coins[edit | edit source]
If approaching Lann Tarv with Karlach as a party member, there is an opportunity to receive three Soul Coins left with him on behalf of Zariel, on condition that you listen to him tell the stories behind each of the three souls they contain. Although this is a devil's bargain, accepting these coins does not have any immediate negative effects or approval changes. Karlach disapproves if you do not accept the coins.
