Quartermaster Talli is a human Harper quartermaster found at the Last Light Inn during Act Two.

Involvement

Talli can be found in Last Light Inn's courtyard during at X: -30 Y: 128, managing the Harpers' supplies.

Resolve the Abduction

When Marcus Falgor Marcus attacks the inn and attempts to kidnap Isobel Thorm Isobel during Resolve the Abduction, Talli will always fail the save and be Impaled Impaled for the remainder of the battle.
