Thadwick

Fist Thadwick is a gruff gold dwarven fighter and member of the Flaming Fist. He is under the command of Counsellor Florrick and on a mission to rescue Duke Ravengard.

Involvement

Last Light Inn

Initially on a mission led by Florrick to rescue Ulder Ravengard, Thadwick and the rest of the Fists were waylaid by the dangers of the Shadow-Cursed Lands and found refuge with the Harpers at Last Light Inn. Thadwick can initially be found within the inn, in the same room as several other Fists, and Art Cullagh. He regards the party with disdain, due to their infected nature and them not being a Flaming Fist.

If Florrick wasn't rescued from Waukeen's Rest in Act One, Thadwick never appears in the game.

Resolve the Abduction

When Marcus attacks the inn and attempts to kidnap Isobel during  Resolve the Abduction, Thadwick is not affected by the  Impaled condition and instead is  Surprised, or joins the battle on his own without being affected by any conditions if the door to the room he is in is opened after the encounter starts. If Isobel is not saved, Thadwick and everyone in Last Light Inn turn into a  Shadow-Cursed Undead, save for Jaheira.

Leaving for Baldur's Gate

After a Long Rest, Thadwick, along with Manip Vidor and Fist Cyril departs Last Light Inn and head to Baldur's Gate with Florrick in order to seek out reinforcements; particularly reinforcements in the form of automatons unaffected by the Shadow Curse, known as the Steel Watch.

Thadwick is never seen again after this point. He may be presumably killed or imprisoned upon his arrival in the city.

Normal weapon damage Hit an enemy with all your might to deal damage and possibly  Daze them.

 Main Hand Attack ()   –  Warhammer

Normal weapon damage Make a melee attack with your equipped weapon.

 Melee: 1.5 m / 5  ft

 Weakening Strike ()   –  Warhammer

1d4 (1~4) + Strength or Dexterity modifier Weapon

Target an enemy's hands with a non-lethal attack and possibly inflict  Weak Grip.

Creatures without weapons can't have Weak Grip.

Notes

• According to devnotes, Thadwick is particularly noted to be both rough and grumpy.
• As of Patch 7, despite having Extra Attack, Thadwick is not able to attack twice during his turns.
