Corvus Celer

Corvus Celer is a bear summoned via a Beast Master's  Dire Raven Companion ability, a variant of  Ranger's Companion. Corvus Celer is the fully upgraded form of Corvus and Corvus Major once the Beast Master has reached level 11.
