Ghouls are an Undead creature in Baldur's Gate 3. This particular Ghoul type can be created through the special spell Danse Macabre.

Notes

  • These Ghouls have the Condition Gnawing Horde, but what, if anything, it does is unknown.
  • These Ghouls have a variation of Death Burst which deals 6d6Damage TypesNecrotic with a Dexterity saving throw for half. This affects allies and enemies alike, and can cause a chain reaction with other Ghouls. This does not have a name or icon or appear under Notable Features.
  • Ghouls are immune to Demonspirit Madness Demonspirit Madness. This prevents them from being driven Mad Mad due to a failed Wisdom saving throw when the summoner wears Abyss Beckoners.
