Attacks and abilities

 Slam

• Slam into a foe dealing 5Bludgeoning + 1d6Cold and create a puddle of water around the impact site.

 Winter's Breath

• Exhale a freezing torrent of ice upon your enemies dealing 4d6Cold damage.  Burning targets undergo rapid cooling and become  Brittle.

 Multiattack

• Descend on a creature to buffet it with your hardy aqueous fists, dealing 2d4 + Strength ModifierBludgeoning + 2d4Cold twice.

 Elemental Warp

• Surrounded by silver mist, you teleport to an unoccupied space you can see.
