Edmundis Magarus is a halfling employee of the Circus of the Last Days found in Rivington, right before the entrance to the circus area.
“The missing redcaps will find a stray cat or two to nibble on, and be back home in a jiffy - you'll see.„
Involvement
Edmundis can be seen being questioned by Fist Patrick about missing redcaps, but does not consider the missing redcaps to be a concern. Patrick asks why they were being caged and how many are missing but Edmundis is evasive or defensive in his answers.

- Judging by the fact that Edmundis can recall 6 missing redcaps only after Auntie Ethel is killed for good, the missing redcaps were likely taken by her.
