Sister Anya is a minor Undead character, who appears at the House of Healing during Act Two, one of Undead Nurses.
Involvement
Sister Anya is one of the Zealous Assistants of Malus Thorm in the House of Healing. Along with three other Undead Nurses ( Hunna, Geanne and Vanessa) she is trying to grasp the 'science' provided by Malus Thorm, Shar's Scalpel and master all its ins and outs - literally, on a still alive patient.
On encountering Sister Anya, she and the other three undead nurses cannot be spoken to directly because approaching the group immediately triggers the dialogue with Malus Thorm himself.
During the dialogue, the party may (among other options) convince Malus Thorm to order the nurses to kill each other or to to operate on himself.
