Water Elementals are a type of Elemental creature that can be found via the spell Conjure Elemental Conjure Elemental.

Attacks and abilities

Slam Slam

  • Slam into a foe dealing 5Damage TypesBludgeoning + 1d6Damage TypesCold and create a puddle of water around the impact site.

Winter's Breath Winter's Breath

  • Exhale a freezing torrent of ice upon your enemies dealing 4d6Damage TypesCold damage. Burning Burning targets undergo rapid cooling and become Brittle Brittle.

Multiattack Multiattack

  • Descend on a creature to buffet it with your hardy aqueous fists, dealing 2d4 + Strength ModifierDamage TypesBludgeoning + 2d4Damage TypesCold twice.

Elemental Warp Elemental Warp

  • Surrounded by silver mist, you teleport to an unoccupied space you can see.
