For the Animate Dead ghoul summon, see Ghoul (Animate Dead).

Ghouls are an Undead Humanoid creature and non-playable race in Baldur's Gate 3. They can be found along the Rosymorn Monastery Trail.

About

Driven by their insatiable hunger for humanoid flesh, ghouls usually roam the night in packs.

Ghouls devour the flesh of corpses and hunger for that of the living. Their claws can cause paralysis paralysis, and they are immune to Damage TypesPoison.

Ghouls can be created by the level 5 Necromancy spell, Animate Dead: Ghoul, which can be learnt by a wizard or cleric. These ghouls have a higher level and differing abilities. See Ghoul (Animate Dead).
