Ghouls are an undead humanoid creature and non-playable race in Baldur's Gate 3. They can be found along the Rosymorn Monastery Trail.
About ghouls
Ghouls devour the flesh of corpses and hunger for that of the living. Their claws can cause , and they are immune to Poison.
