Mind Flayer Tadpoles are a type of Aberration creature found in Baldur's Gate 3.
Interactions
A mind flayer tadpole will escape the first True Soul corpse that is examined. The player will have the choice of harvesting the tadpole from the corpse, or refusing, giving the hostless tadpole the chance to escape. If combat is turned on as it leaves, it can also be killed.
There are a few possible locations this can happen:
- While looting the True Soul Edowin in the Forest, West of the Emerald Grove.
- Looting Nere in the Grymforge.
While at Moonrise Towers, Steelclaw will be playing with a dead tadpole.
