Azer are a type of Elemental creature and non-playable race in Baldur's Gate 3.

The other options for conjure creatures of level 7, but the summoned azer is stuck at level 1. This primary implication of this is that the azer's proficiency bonus is 2 instead of 3, and hence its attack rolls will be lower.
