Grundril is a duergar ranger who can be found at the Grymforge during Act One.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

Grundril and Morgya Morgya help Skarjall Herdmaster Skarjall to get past the rubble wreckage at the far end of the Grymforge stronghold X: -658 Y: 443 in the Underdark. If speaking with the Rothe via Speak with Animals Speak with Animals and convincing the animals to attack the Duergar, he will turn hostile and attack. If instead hitting the Rothé, Grundril will join the fight as a neutral against the animals.

Despite being labeled a "Novice of the Absolute", Grundril is a member of Clan Flameshade. Should the party conspire with Brithvar Brithvar against Nere Nere, he will become allied with them despite being too far from the battle to participate.
