Calming Crimson with a gift of meat earns the inspiration Primary Needs for Outlander backgrounds. Any kind of meat will do, and some can be found close at hand in the Temple Kitchen in the Open Hand Temple.
Crimson is let out of his cage and attacks the party during the fight with Dribbles the Clown. If he is fed beforehand, he will be too busy eating, thus he does not participate in the fight. Afterwards, Crimson will thank the party, explaining that the Doppelgangers starved him and then provoked him with bloody rags, whereas the true circus employees always treated him like family.
He considers himself friends with the Displacer Beast in the cage next to him, Shadow-Whiskers, and sympathizes with her pain.
