Stone Guard Orgarth is a duergar fighter who can be found at the Grymforge during Act One.

Orgarth and Morghal Morghal greet the party when they arrive at Grymforge the first time. His comrade Morghal demands some money from the party as a fee because Nere Nere still hasn't payed the Duergar of Clan Flameshade. The party can refuse to pay without serious consequences.
