Quartermaster Talli is a Harper quartermaster found at the Last Light Inn during Act Two.

Last Light Inn

Talli can be found in Last Light Inn's courtyard during at X: -30 Y: 128, managing the Harpers' supplies.

Resolve the Abduction

When Flaming Fist Marcus attacks the inn and attempts to kidnap Isobel during Resolve the Abduction, Talli will more often than not fail the save and be  Impaled for the remainder of the battle. If the party fails to protect Isobel, she and everyone in Last Light Inn will turn into a  Shadow-Cursed Undead, save for Jaheira.
